We are looking to recruit for an administrator to work within the Warranty and Repair centre. The ideal candidate will have strong admin experience, excellent customer service and be able to multitask.

Duties:

  • Store and control all Consumables Spare parts in a timely manner and maintain the live inventory accurately
  • Monitor reports and repair engineer parts requests.
  • Book components to a repair activity when applicable.
  • Monitor awaiting part's locations.
  • Maintain a safe and clean storage area.
  • Pack and dispatch warranty and customer returns to relevant repairer or customer.
  • Monitor trends of component usage, using relevant reports and placing purchase requests to ensure that the correct level of stock is held to meet department needs.
