Role HR Administrator - HR Assistant

Salary £28k - £35k Basic Salary D.O.E

Location Office in Cardiff Gate with free parking

Hours Full Time Permanent, Business Hours Mon-Fri

The Role

  • To provide administration support services to the HR team.
  • Assist with day-to-day operations of the HR function.
  • Clerical and administration support
  • Assist the HR Manager in the hiring process
  • Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data
  • Enter employee information into the company database
  • Utilise strong Excel skills to assist the HR department.

The Person

  • Experience within a similar HR Assistant role.
  • Good MS Excel skills, creating spreadsheets and using financial functions
  • Excellent communication skills at all levels
  • Great team player who is also comfortable to work on their own initiative.
  • A natural problem solver who is used to working within a fast paced and changing environment
  • Comfortable with IT literacy and basic Microsoft packages
  • Someone who wants to build a long-term career within a fantastic brand
  • Someone who uses their initiative and is solution orientated
