Join Our Client as a Responsible Individual!
We are seeking a passionate and experienced leader to join a dynamic team as a Responsible Individual. This is a pivotal role offering a salary of 63,614.72 per annum, reporting directly to the Director of Support.
In this role, you will:
- Lead and develop high-quality, person-centred support services.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards, specifically under the RISCA framework.
- Drive innovation and improvement in service delivery, working closely with internal and external partners.
- Manage budgets, set strategic objectives, and lead a dedicated team of managers and staff.
What We're Looking For:
- A diploma-level qualification in Leadership in Health & Social Care (or equivalent).
- At least 3 years of experience in managing people, services, and budgets within the social care sector.
- A strong working knowledge of person-centred care, safeguarding, and relevant legislation.
- Exceptional leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
