Description

The Role:

  • Delivering comprehensive HR support to the team, demonstrating in-depth knowledge of policies, procedures, and legislation.
  • Assisting in the development and implementation of HR strategies that align with overall business strategy.
  • Providing guidance on HR matters, including but not limited to, performance management, employee relations, and recruitment.
  • Maintaining up-to-date records of personnel-related data.
  • Ensuring legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable HR requirements.

Profile

A successful HR Advisor should have:

  • Previous experience in a similar role.
  • Ideally CIPD Level 5, degree, or equivalent
