We have a fantastic opportunity for customer-focused individuals to join our team as a Claims Handler! As a Claims Handler, you'll be at the forefront of client interactions, managing calls related to small claims, uninsured losses, and more serious injuries resulting from road traffic accidents. You will be the calming, supportive presence that guides clients through the claims process, ensuring they receive exceptional service and support.

In this role, you will maintain communication via phone, where your ability to stay composed, professional, and empathetic will shape an outstanding client experience. Additionally, comprehensive training will empower you to not only handle calls but also actively process and advance claims during each conversation.
