We are looking for a recent graduate to join an award winning Property Business as a Loans Administrator located in Nantgarw. Your role will be to working in Processing Team, supporting with all new lending applications from Businesses looking for a short-term loan.You will recieve a fantastic salary of £22,500 with excellent training and genuine career progression. As a Loans Administrator, you will:
  • Assisting with credit and lending administration matters.
  • Managing relationships with customers and brokers from application to loan redemption.
  • Analysing financial accounts, property valuations, and business appraisals.
  • Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of the short-term lending market.
  • Handling lending enquiries efficiently.
  • Creating detailed records on each case via the case management system.
  • Attending external events and deliver presentations as needed.
The ideal Loans Administrator will have:
