- HR/Business Data Analysis Expertise: Extensive experience in HR or business data analysis, particularly in restructures and Target Operating Models (TOMs).
- Technical Proficiency: Advanced Excel skills, intermediate PowerPoint skills, and experience with tools such as SPSS, SAS, Power BI, and Miro.
- Analytical Excellence: Strong ability to collect, organise, and analyse large datasets with attention to detail.
