- First point of contact for the team, manage the HR inbox and support any queries.
- Support recruitment by posting job openings on all recruitment portals internally and externally.
- General administration of recruitment, shortlisting candidates, schedule interviews, and liaise with members of the team.
- Maintaining HR documents, ensuring compliance and GPDR.
- Update systems for payroll, starters, leavers, and promotions.
- Support the onboarding process including DBS, Right to Work, and References.
- Monitor probation review dates, including extensions.
- Assist in coordinating performance reviews.
- Schedule training sessions for employees.
- Support the new starter introduction.
- Previous experience in HR Administration.
- Strong IT skills
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Experience with GPDR
- Strong communication skills
