Receptionist / Facilities AdministratorBased in Central Cardiff | Fully on-site based roleFull Time role | 9:00am to 5:00pm | Monday to FridayTemp role for 3 weeks | holiday coverPay rate of £13.33 per hour + holiday paySearch Consultancy are currently working with one of our key clients to recruit a Receptionist & Facilities Assistant to cover some planned absence in their Cardiff-based office.The successful candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive Reception & Administration support to the site, ensuring first class service is delivered at all times.Duties involved in this role will include:* Welcoming & signing in of visitors & external staff to the site * Acting as first point of contact at the front desk including operating the intercom* Providing access passes & briefing visitors on the site* Dealing with both incoming phone calls & emails* Management of room booking system as well as travel & accommodation bookings when required * Reporting of Health & Safety issues to third party contractors* Various other ad hoc Reception & Facilities dutiesIn order to be considered for this role your skills and experience should include:* Previous experience in a Reception or Facilities role working at the Front of House carrying out duties in line with the above - this experience is ESSENTIAL* Excellent organisation & time management skills, with the ability to prioritise & complete a busy workload effectively* Solid IT Skills including the full MS Office suiteIf this is the role for you, apply now!Please note that only applicants who have the required skills and experience detailed above will be considered for this role.
