Own transport to travel between schools, maximizing your opportunities.
Commitment to full-time work, Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 3:30 pm, to provide the continuity and stability special school students require.
Previous experience working or volunteering with children in the UK, preferably with students with additional learning needs.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build positive relationships with students, staff, and parents.
Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for supporting student development.
Flexibility and adaptability to meet the changing needs of students and the school community.

Key Responsibilities

Provide one-on-one or small group support, ensuring students engage fully with the curriculum.
Assist teachers in planning and delivering tailored learning activities.
Create an inclusive and supportive learning environment where students can thrive.
Work collaboratively with teachers, parents, and staff to monitor progress and implement strategies for student success.
Promote a safe, respectful, and positive learning environment.
