Receptionist / Facilities Administrator
Based in Central Cardiff | Fully on-site based role
Full Time role | 9:00am to 5:00pm | Monday to Friday

Search Consultancy are currently working with one of our key clients to recruit a Receptionist & Facilities Assistant to cover some planned absence in their Cardiff-based office.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive Reception & Administration support to the site, ensuring first class service is delivered at all times.

Duties involved in this role will include:
* Welcoming & signing in of visitors & external staff to the site
* Acting as first point of contact at the front desk including operating the intercom
* Providing access passes & briefing visitors on the site
* Dealing with both incoming phone calls & emails
* Management of room booking system as well as travel & accommodation bookings when required
* Reporting of Health & Safety issues to third party contractors
* Various other ad hoc Reception & Facilities duties

In order to be considered for this role your skills and experience should include:
* Previous experience in a Reception or Facilities role working at the Front of House carrying out duties in line with the above - this experience is ESSENTIAL
* Excellent organisation & time management skills, with the ability to prioritise & complete a busy workload effectively
* Solid IT Skills including the full MS Office suite
