Key Responsibilities:
- Proactive monitoring of IT systems
- Installation & Configuration of hardware, software, and IT infrastructure
- Diagnosing system errors and other issues
- Help desk and incident management
- Ensuring IT support processes are followed and documented
- Troubleshooting and problem-solving to deliver exceptional customer satisfaction
- Providing onsite and remote support
