About the Role:
- Position: Quality Manager
- Industry: Food Manufacturing
- Salary: Circa £40,000
- Shift Pattern: 4 on 4 off (Days)
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage quality assurance processes to ensure products meet industry and company standards as a Quality Manager
- Implement and maintain quality control systems and procedures
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with safety and quality regulations
- Lead and develop the quality team, providing training and support to enhance their skills
- Address and resolve quality issues and customer complaints promptly
- Work closely with production and other departments to drive continuous improvement initiatives
