Our client based in Netherfield are currently recruiting for a Press Brake Machinist to join their family run and well-established team. Our client specialises in the structural industry including gantries, staircases, signage, exhibitions and Balconies. This role is a temporary to permanent with full time hours.
Press Brake Job Description:
- Working within the heavy steel industry
- Working from complex drawings
- Working with mild steel on press brake machines
- Prepare, set up and adjust press brake as required
- Confident to set, operate and program press brake machine
- General housekeeping
Essential Skills -
- Able to work with mild steel up to 120mm gauges
- Able to read complex engineering drawings
Desirable Skill -
- Able to programme press brake machines
- Worked with Herco controls
