Our client is a care organisation based across Wales offering support and staff to provide people independence, social inclusion and safety to ensure people live good lives within the community. As the HR Business Partner In this role, you'll collaborate closely with senior managers and key stakeholders to ensure smooth operations within the team while making a meaningful impact on the workforce. If you're an experienced HR professional ready to contribute to an organisation that values well-being, engagement, and change this is the role for you. This role is hybrid and based in either the Carmarthen or Haverfordwest office with a salary package between £35,000 - £41,000.

What Does the Role Entail?

As an HR Business Partner, you will take on operational and strategic HR responsibilities, helping drive success within the HR plan. Your role will focus on providing expert HR guidance, including employee relations, workforce planning, and supporting the organisation through restructuring and cultural change programmes. You'll be directly involved in shaping the people strategy and fostering key relationships with internal and external stakeholders. You will be supported by the HR Director and manage the HR Advisor. This role also offers the opportunity to manage and lead HR projects that align with the company's business objectives.

What Skills Will You Have?

You will be someone with a relevant HR qualification or CIPD Level 5 or above membership. You should have an excellent understanding of HR disciplines, including employee relations and employment legislation, and be confident in guiding HR policies. You'll have strong experience in managing complex investigations, supporting managers in formal processes, and leading HR projects. Strong organisational skills, the ability to influence at all levels, and a people-first approach are key to succeeding in this role. Ideally, you will have worked in a relevant field such as the care, support, or charity sector to give you a better understanding of the needs of the business.
