- Actioning the administration of all people processes including new starters, contractual changes and leavers.
- Supporting with employee relations casework by arranging meetings and notetaking.
- Responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of all employee records on the HR systems.
- Day to day management of all employee benefits administration.
- Management of the HR mailbox
- Experience working within a HR-related position
- Strong attention to detail, and the ability to work within a fast-paced environment
