Credit Controller role waiting to be filled

Venn Group have been approached by a Private Company, and would like to introduce the following available position

Position:         Credit Controller

Location:         Leeds

Hourly rate:    £25,000 annum

Length:            Permanent

The role will predominantly involve:

  • To be responsible for credit control of the company’s sales ledger end to end
  • Raising of sales invoices
  • Reviewing and monitoring payments received and escalating slow receipts
  • Be responsible for resolving queries with internal and external stakeholders
  • Help with processing and allocating of cash and receipts and refunds
  • Carrying out Ad-hock tasks and general finance administration
  • Taking control by managing the company debtor position whilst contributing to weekly & monthly debtor reviews
  • Taking responsibility for daily monitoring of auction debtor balances
  • Chasing debtors daily
  • To ensure debts are collected within terms following each auction sale

The successful candidate must have previous experience in a similar role and be available at short notice.
