Admin Assistant
Our wonderful client is looking for an Admin Assistant to become a part of their supportive team, on a fixed term contract until November 2025.
You must be proficient in MS Excel, have excellent attention to detail, exemplary communication skills, and be proactive. If this sounds like you then please apply!
Please note that due to the location of this role, you must have a vehicle and valid driving license.
Admin Assistant Responsibilities
- Supporting with day-to-day administrative tasks
- Assisting with stock management
- Managing the invoicing process
- Writing product descriptions
- Managing data effectively
- Assisting with quality control processes

Admin Assistant Experience Essentials
The ideal candidate will be an experienced administrator, proactive in their approach, with excellent communication skills and an enthusiastic nature. Proficiency in MS Excel is essential, as is an eye for detail and the ability to work to deadlines. Due to the remote location of the offices, you must be able to drive and have access to a vehicle.
Applicants should be aware that from time to time they will be required to move boxes.
