We're seeking a talented Supported Housing/Housing Management professional to take on a temporary role that will challenge and inspire you. As a key member of this housing management team, you will have the opportunity to support a caseload through the homeless pathways, based within a 3-bed shared property with semi-independent flats in the community within a mile radius.You will be responsible for:  
  • Move in assessments
  • Housing Support
  • Income maximisation
  • Collaborative support planning
  • Building compliance (H&S, Fire, Water, etc.)
