Key Responsibilities of the Production Manager
- Improve Output and Productivity: Continuously seek ways to enhance production efficiency.
- Maintain Quality and Reduce Waste: Ensure high-quality standards while keeping rejects to a minimum.
- Oversee Manufacturing Process: Ensure products are manufactured on time, within budget, and to high-quality standards.
- Implement Health and Safety Policies: Develop and enforce health and safety policies and conduct risk assessments.
- Focus on Continuous Improvement: Drive initiatives for ongoing process improvements.
- Customer Interface: Maintain excellent communication and relationships with customers.
- Manage Costs and Budgets: Oversee financial aspects, including cost management and budget setting.
- Strategic HR Management: Oversee HR functions and sign off on accounts.

Salary and Benefits:
- Salary: £55k - £65k
- Bonus: Based on company performance
- Working Hours: Monday to Thursday 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM, Friday finish at 4:00 PM
- Holiday: 23 days plus bank holidays
