We are currently working in partnership with an award-winning Housing Association based across the South West, who are looking for a Maintenance Surveyor on a permanent basis. This will be a full-time position based in Yeovil, Salisbury, Weymouth and Bristol. The role offers hybrid working (2/3 days home working), a salary of £46,200 and benefits including a fuel card and a company van. The ideal candidate must have either an HNC/HND or a similar qualification. Duties will include (but are not limited to): Completing reactive maintenance surveys on domestic dwellings across the South West, largely focused on damp and mouldEnsuring opportunities for cost reduction and cost management of repairs are taken, without compromising on the quality of repairsDiagnosing the causes of damp and condensation, as well as complex works, and post inspect remedial works to ensure specifications have been followed and adhered toMonitoring the work of contractors to ensure that works and meeting pre-agreed KPIsEnsuring value for money in the effective procurement and delivery of a repairs service

Experience and Qualifications required:Experience required in Social HousingHNC/HND or any other relevant qualification
