TPF Recruitment, Kent’s leading accountancy practice recruitment agency has partnered with a fantastic, fast-growing, and multi-sited firm of chartered accountants who are recruiting for an Assistant Accounts Manager to join their team in Chatham. Accounts Assistant Manager Duties:

  • Managing a portfolio of clients- sole traders, partnership and Ltd companies
  • Preparation and review of statutory year end accounts, management accounts, corporate and personal tax returns
  • Support the managers, and partners with the growth and development of the accounts department
  • Support junior staff with their work and career development
Requirements

Accounts Assistant Manager Chatham

  • Be ACA/ACCA qualified or qualified by experience
  • Have strong knowledge of accounting for SMEs including corporate tax, VAT, and PAYE
  • Aptitude for delivering excellent customer service
  • Approachable, with an ability to build strong working relationships
  • Good verbal and written communication skills as they would be dealing directly with clients

  • £45,000 - £55,000 dependent on experience and background, negotiable.
