Day-to-day of the role:- Plan, prepare, and deliver inspiring music lessons that cater to the abilities of all students.
- Foster a love for music and encourage students to participate in school performances and extracurricular music activities.
- Assess and review student progress and provide feedback to promote their academic and artistic growth.
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff to integrate music into the broader educational experience.
- Manage classroom resources and maintain a stimulating learning environment.
- Participate in school events and activities related to the music department.
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential.
- Experience in teaching music at various educational levels.
- Strong knowledge of music theory and practical skills in one or more instruments.
