Become a Functional Assessor and transform lives!Position: Functional Assessor – WCA ContractSalary: £39,500Work Hours: Monday – Friday 9am-5pm (Part Time Options Available)Working Pattern: Hybrid - Remote / Office BasedKey Responsibilities: - Conduct telephone, video, or in-person consultations for Work Capability Assessments (WCA).
- Assess a range of complex conditions and impairments.
- Utilise your exceptional communication skills to produce high-quality, accurate assessment reports using our advanced IT system.
- Collaborate with your line manager to enhance your professional development and career growth.
Essential Criteria: - Minimum of 12 months post-registration experience as a Nurse (RGN), Physiotherapist or Occupational Therapist.
- Full registration with one of the following professional bodies:
- Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC)
- Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC)
