Manage a growing and diverse loan book, working closely with the Managing Director and Financial Controller.
Provide exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with clients.
Oversee the recovery process, liaising with solicitors, LPA receivers, and property professionals.
Develop and document procedures and policies for effective loan book management.
Utilise bespoke loan book management software to monitor and manage loans.
Handle property management and property development tasks.
