  • Manage a growing and diverse loan book, working closely with the Managing Director and Financial Controller.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with clients.
  • Oversee the recovery process, liaising with solicitors, LPA receivers, and property professionals.
  • Develop and document procedures and policies for effective loan book management.
  • Utilise bespoke loan book management software to monitor and manage loans.
  • Handle property management and property development tasks.
