Senior and Lead Process Engineer x 5 - Permanent - Hydrogen / Chemical / Thermal Technologies/ Combustion / CCUS / Gasification
Location Manchester Hybrid
We are recruiting for a Major Engineering company that has been awarded projects in Energy Transition , Technologies and therefore expanding the process team
Responsibilities
- Producing process engineering deliverables for projects across all sectors (including renewable energy, industrial biotechnology, hydrogen, brownfield chemical operations), whilst maintaining the highest standards of HSE and quality.
- Acting as Lead Process Engineer as part of a project team to deliver capital projects - managing deliverables manhours, and programme.
- Assisting in business development in 'Emergent Technology' sector.
- Working closely with established and new clients to developing proposals, including technical and commercial deliverables develop project specifications and
- Project managing feasibility studies, FEED studies and consultancy projects.
Experience/Skills:
Required:
- Chemical Engineering Degree and Chartered membership of IChemE
- Good practical knowledge and experience in engineering design.
- Experience working in consulting or contracting roles.
- Experience in technology evaluation, integration and scale-up.
- Leadership experience/aptitude - ability to act as lead process engineer and manage front-end projects.
