Change Recruitment are currently working with a successful facilities management business based in Cheddar to find a Part-Time Administrator to support their payroll team. The working hours are 25 per week, over either 5 or 4 days.Duties include:

Adding new starters onto the payroll & HR system
Checking Employee Documentation
Processing DBS Applications
Supporting with email correspondence to employees
Creating letters and sending responses using templates for leavers or any pay queries
Supporting with reference requests
Updating employee records
Answering the telephone, filing and post

This is initially a temporary role for a period of up to 3 months, paying £12ph - £13ph. This role offers an immediate start for the successful candidate.
