Change Recruitment are currently working with a successful facilities management business based in Cheddar to find a Part-Time Administrator to support their payroll team. The working hours are 25 per week, over either 5 or 4 days.Duties include:
- Adding new starters onto the payroll & HR system
- Checking Employee Documentation
- Processing DBS Applications
- Supporting with email correspondence to employees
- Creating letters and sending responses using templates for leavers or any pay queries
- Supporting with reference requests
- Updating employee records
- Answering the telephone, filing and post
This is initially a temporary role for a period of up to 3 months, paying £12ph - £13ph. This role offers an immediate start for the successful candidate.
