Medical Negligence Solicitor - Essex
This is an exciting opportunity for a Medical Negligence Solicitor or Legal Executive to join an established and thriving full-service practice. The role is offered on a full-time permanent basis with hybrid and flexible working. Based in Chelmsford, Essex this is an exciting opportunity for a Medical/Clinical Negligence Solicitor to further develop their career.
This role is well suited to a qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with at least 3 years of post-qualification experience.
The role
- Managing a diverse and complex caseload of Clinical/Medical Negligence matters under limited supervision up to trial
- Supervising and mentoring more junior members of the team
- Positively contributing to the department's precedent and knowledge work
- Dealing with inquests
Applications are welcome from Medical/ Clinical Negligence Solicitors or Legal Executives with the following
- A clean and current practising certificate
- Previous experience in a similar role with at least 3 years of PQE
- People management and supervisory experience
- Proven track record in delivering successful outcomes in complex medical/clinical negligence work
- Strong communication and client care skills
