Join our growing team as a Customer Services Executive at a dynamic retailer of home and industrial storage solutions based near Chelmsford, Essex. We are seeking an experienced individual who excels in customer service and possesses a high standard of written and spoken English.

Day-to-day of the role:
  • Provide exceptional customer service via telephone, live chat, and email.
  • Advise customers on our range of storage solutions for both home and business.
  • Process orders over the phone and resolve any delivery issues.
  • Tactfully handle complaints and respond to enquiries across multiple platforms.
  • Perform general administrative tasks and continually develop product knowledge.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in a customer service environment is essential.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Good attention to detail, organisational skills, and computer literacy.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Experience in complaint handling and a confident, positive, can-do attitude.
  • Driver’s licence required due to location.
