Join our growing team as a Customer Services Executive at a dynamic retailer of home and industrial storage solutions based near Chelmsford, Essex. We are seeking an experienced individual who excels in customer service and possesses a high standard of written and spoken English.
Day-to-day of the role:- Provide exceptional customer service via telephone, live chat, and email.
- Advise customers on our range of storage solutions for both home and business.
- Process orders over the phone and resolve any delivery issues.
- Tactfully handle complaints and respond to enquiries across multiple platforms.
- Perform general administrative tasks and continually develop product knowledge.
- Previous experience in a customer service environment is essential.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Good attention to detail, organisational skills, and computer literacy.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Experience in complaint handling and a confident, positive, can-do attitude.
- Driver’s licence required due to location.
