Basic salary in the region of £24,000 - £25,000 (Salary Increase for the first 3-4 months whilst building pipeline) with OTE of up to £60,000 - £70,000 in the first year (+ uncapped)
Plus . A Monthly written business bonus of £1k per month if written an agreed amount of business
Plus an Annual Banking Bonus of up to £5k
No need to chase business as regular, quality leads will be provided daily

Our client is a highly successful Mortgage Brokerage and is currently looking for a Mortgage and Protection Advisor to join their expert and friendly team.
This position will be based within the companys Chelmsford office.
Our client is a rapidly growing business and are looking for someone who is self-motivated, with a desire to work hard.
The Company work in partnership with an appointed representative network, using an online platform which supports with client document management.
They have a unique Lead source from a highly successful Estate Agency business offering regular and high converting leads.
This is a great opportunity for the right person.
Preferably you will have at least 18 months experience advising and be CeMAP qualified or hold a Cert II qualification or equivalent.
Experience
Meet with clients to assess their mortgage needs and financial situations
Provide guidance and advice on mortgage options, terms, and conditions
Assist clients in completing loan applications and gathering necessary documentation
Evaluate client creditworthiness and determine loan eligibility
Collaborate with underwriters, processors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth loan processing
Stay up-to-date on industry regulations, trends, and best practices
Build and maintain relationships with real estate agents, builders, and other referral sources
Provide exceptional customer service throughout the loan process Skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to analyse complex financial information and make sound recommendations
Detail-oriented with strong organisational skills
Proficient in using mortgage software systems
