They have established an excellent reputation with some of the biggest names in the construction industry.

The Role - Project Manager

My client are seeking a Project Manager to be work on multiple sites across London and the East Anglian region.

Reporting into the Head of Operations you will: 

• Manage the full cycle of the façade construction process from design to completion. 
• Coordinate and adhere to all financial budgets, timelines, and deadlines. 
• Oversee multiple projects with a total value of up to £1-2 million. 
• Manage both direct employees and sub-contractors on site. 
• Ensure client satisfaction while maintaining a continuous focus on health and safety and quality assurance.

*Experience in Facades; curtain wall, cladding, windows etc is essential*

The ability to demonstrate strong leadership and a track record of delivering projects on time and to budget is essential, as are strong interpersonal skills and stakeholder management
