This is a hybrid position and the salary ranges from 29,726 - 49,999 per annum.

Key Responsibilities of a 3rd Line Support Engineer:
- Responding to IT support requests and provide timely solutions
- Diagnosing and troubleshooting technical issues related to hardware, software, and network systems
- Installing, configuring, and maintaining all computer systems and applications cloud or on-site
- Collaborating with 1st or 2nd Line Support Engineers to escalate complex issues
- Documenting all support activities and resolutions in the ticketing system
- Ensuring compliance with IT security policies and procedures
- Assisting in the maintenance of LAN infrastructure
Key Skills and Experience of a 3rd Line Support Engineer:
- Proven experience in a similar role providing 2nd or 3rd line technical support
- Strong knowledge of computer hardware components and peripherals
- Familiarity with LAN/WAN networks and network protocols
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical users
- Proficiency in:
- Office suite,
- Entra
- Azure
- Intune
- Conditional access polices
- Help desk software
- Operating systems: Windows 11, Windows Servers, Router, Firewalls, Meraki, Cisco, VPNs
