Quantity Surveyor required for an Essex Main Contractor. The successful Quantity Surveyor will be working amongst an experienced commercial team, working closely with the construction director. The role will suit a Quantity Surveyor who is able to work autonomously and manage jobs through to practical completion with no serious guidance needed. A Quantity Surveyor who has experience managing residential schemes for main contractors from pre-construction through to final account would be ideal but not essential. Projects for this business are typically new build residential, ranging from 2/3/4 bed traditional built houses to multi storey apartment blocks. All projects are situated in the Essex region.

Quantity Surveyors will be taken ona PAYE or Ltd company basis dependant on preference.

The Quantity Surveyor will be based out of the Chelmsford office.

Quantity Surveyor Key Skills

• Main contracting experience
• Residential experience preferable
• Recent hands-on commercial experience
• JCT Contract experience

Quantity Surveyor Salary & Benefits

• £70,000 - £80,000 per annum
• Car Allowance
• Bonus
