Role responsibilities:- Plan and deliver tailored lessons to meet the individual needs of students with SEN- Use creative and differentiated teaching strategies to support student engagement and progress- Collaborate with support staff, parents, and external professionals to ensure the best outcomes for each child- Monitor and assess students' academic and social development, adapting learning plans as necessary- Create a positive, inclusive classroom environment where students feel valued and supported
Requirements:- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and experience in teaching students with SEN- Strong knowledge of special educational needs and inclusive teaching methods- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- A patient, compassionate approach, with a passion for making a difference in students' lives
Location: Chelmsford Contract: Full-time, long-term position Salary: Competitive, based on experience
