- Financial Reporting: Assist in preparing management accounts for a variety of different clients.
- Payroll Processing: Support payroll transactions, ensuring compliance with tax regulations.
- Accounts Payable & Receivable: Maintain accurate records and ensure timely payments.
- Reconciliations: Perform bank reconciliations and maintain up-to-date financial records.
- VAT Compliance: Support VAT reporting, ensuring accuracy in submissions.
- Client Communication: Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth financial operations.
- Experience: Previous experience in finance, accounting, or a similar role is preferred.
- Qualifications: Studying towards or interested in ACA, ACCA, or AAT.
- Skills: Strong analytical, communication, and organizational abilities.
- Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy in managing financial records.
- Systems Experience: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and accounting software (e.g., Xero).
