Your Responsibilities:

  • Create and complete documents by collecting and organising information.
  • Accurately input, update, and manage data.
  • Manage both electronic and paper files, prioritising urgent tasks.
  • Process treaty accounts, review documentation, handle claims, and manage premium processing.

You’ll Need:

  • GCSEs in English and Maths at Grade 5 or above (or equivalent).
  • A basic understanding of insurance principles.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to analyse and manage information.
  • Proficiency in relevant systems and data entry.
  • Excellent communication and decision-making abilities.
  • Comfort in working independently with guidance.
