Job Summary
Our client Crystalight LTD is hiring. The Admin Support role is integral to ensuring the smooth operation of their office. This position provides administrative and clerical support across the team, helping to maintain efficient workflow and ensuring that daily office operations run smoothly. The ideal candidate will be organised, proactive, and able to handle a range of administrative duties with accuracy and confidentiality.


Key Responsibilities

  • Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other inquiries in a friendly and professional manner
  • Prepare, organise, and maintain documents, records, and files (both physical and digital)
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for team members
  • Prepare reports, memos, invoices, letters, and other documents, as needed
  • Maintain and update contact lists and office databases
  • Assist in managing inventory and ordering office supplies
  • Support event and project planning as required
  • Perform general office duties, such as photocopying, scanning, and filing
  • Perform maintenance on the Office Fish Tank and complete daily feeding and testing.
  • Greet and assist visitors and clients in a professional and courteous manner
  • Provide additional support to team members as requested to ensure smooth operation of the office

Skills and Qualifications

  • Proven experience in an administrative or support role
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and general office equipment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • A proactive and problemsolving mindset
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Working Conditions
This is a fulltime position based at their Cheltenham office. Salary dependent on experience. Regular office hours are 9am 6pm , but occasional flexibility may be required.
