Your new companyA growing Legal Firm business based in central Cheltenham is currently looking for a Legal PA to join their team on a permanent basis.Your new roleAs a Legal PA, you will support the Fee Earner and Partners with travel arrangements, expenses, coordination of meetings and events. You will also directly support Fee Earners with administrative duties including post-completion tasks and correspondence. You will be responsible for updating the firm's client database system, ensuring mailing lists are up to date and amending contacts when necessary. You will take ownership of tasks including writing letters, managing, and updating documents, filing, scanning, archiving. You will attend meetings and/or hearings when required, taking notes and creating overviews. You will support the administration team with front of house duties, facilities, and office coordination.What you'll need to succeedTo succeed in this role, you will have had exposure to legal in a very similar role previously alongside a strong attention to detail, organisational and communication skills, and the ability to establish strong relationships. The ideal candidate will have previous administrative/PA experience, a good understanding of Microsoft Office systems and will be comfortable with technology and data inputting.What you'll get in returnThis position is based full-time in the office, Monday to Friday for the first 6 weeks of the role, following this you will work on a hybrid basis of 3 days in the office and 2 at home.
