  • Handle post duties, call overflow and reception cover
  • Set up meeting rooms and maintain office supplies
  • Assist with IT troubleshooting, equipment setup and managing tech issues
  • Work on admin tasks like scanning, file management and data projects
  • Support office projects like process reviews and system tidying
  • Working on a variety of projects with the Business & Operations Manager e.g. office clear out, reviewing processes and creating process & procedure documents, facilities management projects, data gathering etc
