Key responsibilities:

  • Liaising with customers via telephone and email offering a friendly and professional service
  • Taking inbound calls from customers and helping with enquiries
  • Scheduling appointments
  • Passing calls on to internal colleagues when necessary
  • Ensure files are uploaded to the database.
  • Adherence to company policies and procedures

Requirements:

  • High level of literacy and numeracy.
  • Ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
  • Excellent telephone manner
  • Previous customer service experience strongly desirable
  • Good IT literacy and working knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 programmes (Teams, Outlook)
