My Gloucestershire based client has a new opportunity for a customer support administrator  to join their  team on a full time temporary to permanent basis. You will be the point of contact between the engineers and operations team. They are looking for someone with excellent organisational skills and communication skills. 

Salary- £23,840

Responsibilities

  • Scheduling engineers and maintaining the company records
  • Handling customer calls
  • General administration
  • Scheduling engineers to work on site
  • Liaising with suppliers
  • Processing callouts and sending follow up administration

About You

  • Fluent in written and spoken English
  • Understanding of commonly used office packages
  • A high standard of computer literacy
  • Ability to prioritise and work on own initiative
  • Reliable
  • Eye for detail
  • Team player

The role is Monday-Friday 8.30am-5pm
