Are you confident speaking with people via phone and email? Do you like working in a fast paced environment? Are you wanting to work for an industry leader? Based just on the outskirts of Cheltenham, this position is perfect for someone with confident telephone skills and who's highly organised with great administration skills. You'll be speaking with customers and suppliers answering questions and queries and updating doccumentation on the company system. Paying £12ph Monday - Friday 8.30am - 5.00pm with an hours lunch, this temp to perm position is an immediate strat for the right candidate. Ideally for this position, you will need to be on a short notice period or immediatley available.

Roles and Responsibilities:
- Answering the telephone & providing a reactive response to customers needs.
- Working with subcontractors & engineers to schedule work.
- Chasing for parts, ensuring deliveries arrive & communicating with engineers to ensure works are carried out.
Skills and Attributes:
- Confident on the phone and sopeaking to people via email and phone.
- Highly organised.Â
- IT literate.Â
- Can work at a fast pace.
