Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and distribute financial documents and statements accurately
• Input, amend, and manage data in systems like Global XB and MS Office
• Organise electronic and paper files, respond to inquiries, and support finance processes
• Collaborate with teams to maintain and update departmental reports
• Review and reconcile cash and account balances
• Allocate payments to ledger transactions and manage reconciliation processes

What You’ll Need:

• GCSEs in English and Maths (Grade 5 or above)
• A desire to study for your Cert CII qualification
• Strong attention to detail and a passion for learning
• Good communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to follow established processes with some guidance
