Remuneration: £30,000 - £45,000neg + discretionary bonus

The role of theEstimator Roofing & Cladding Systems will involve:
Estimator position dealing with a range of roofing and cladding projects for education, commercial and leisure market sectors
Interpreting technical drawings, generating & following up quotations
Producing formal quotations to customers
Taking details from drawings to produce BOQs allowing for a timely return of quotations for customer deadlines
Keep good documentation of tenders and quotations on internal database
Contact clients dealing with queries and providing additional technical information
Establish and maintain relationships with contractors and suppliers
Office based position, however will occasionally will have to go to site to measure up and provide quotations for clients
The ideal applicant will beEstimator Roofing & Cladding Systems with:
Must have proven estimating experience within theroofing & cladding market sector
Sound technical knowledge of various systems such as: standing seam, composite panels, flat roofing, green roofs, wall cladding, built-up, cement panels, rainscreen, brickslip, timber cladding etc
Confident individual with excellent communication skills both written and verbal
Must have full UK driving license
High levels of organisation and attention to detail
Computer literate (Microsoft Office)
