We are currently seeking a talented and dedicated HR Assistant to support our clients HR team in Cheltenham.As an HR Assistant, you will be an integral part of the HR team, providing essential administrative support and assisting in the delivery of HR services. You will play a key role in recruitment, employee relations, and maintaining employee records.Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with the recruitment process, including job postings, CV screening, and scheduling interviews.
  • Onboard new employees and help coordinate orientation programs.
  • Maintain employee records and ensure data integrity in HR systems.
  • Support the HR team in managing employee relations and communications.
  • Assist in organising training and development programs.
  • Provide administrative support such as preparing reports and processing HR documentation.
  • Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

  • Relevant degree or equivalent experience in Human Resources. Ideally CIPD qualified.
  • Previous experience in an HR or administrative role is preferred.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
