I am seeking an experienced HR Administrator to support the HR team for a 6 month contract based in Gloucester. The role will be 3 days based on onsite and 2 days working from home.

Key Responsibilities for the HR Administrator

  • Provide HR admin support and manage flexible working requests.
  • Carry out project work as required and drive wellbeing, inclusion, and engagement initiatives.
  • Continuously update policies, handbooks, and HR procedures.
  • Assist the HRBP with additional duties including recruitment activities.

Experience Required for the HR Administrator

  • Proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and HR systems.
  • Experience working as a HR administrator
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proactive, adaptable, and team-oriented.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and open to change.
