Must Have’s

  • At least 2 years’ experience in a similar HR Manager or Advisor role
  • Strong working knowledge of recruitment, onboarding and HR policies
  • Comfortable juggling multiple priorities and managing a varied workload, and previous experience of doing so
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office 365, you’ll be using this daily

Nice to have’s

  • CIPD qualified - but hands-on experience matters most!
  • A passion for learning and development, with some experience in L&D
  • Previous involvement in HR projects around wellbeing, engagement or retention

So what will you be doing?

  • Managing recruitment, onboarding and induction processes
  • Supporting business areas with coaching and HR advice
  • Developing and implementing HR policies and procedures
  • Designing, delivering and reviewing training programmes
  • Contributing to HR projects focused on wellbeing, engagement and retention
  • Working closely with the Head of HR to drive strategic initiatives
