Job Title: Commercial Property Solicitor - Associate or Senior Associate

Contract Details: Permanent, Full-Time
Salary: £65,000 - £85,000 per annum
About Our Client:Combining the expertise of a large law firm with a unique, personal service, our highly experienced team of lawyers offers clear and transparent advice on all aspects of commercial property.
Responsibilities:As a key member of our Commercial Property Team, you will:
- Manage a diverse caseload of commercial property matters, such as leasehold and freehold transactions, sales and purchases, commercial leases, refinancing, and landlord and tenant issues.
- Provide commercially beneficial advice to clients by applying your legal expertise effectively.
- Engage in business development activities to grow our client base and enhance professional relationships.
