Ideally, you’re commercially minded, passionate about property law, and have at least 3 years’ PQE.You’ll need strong technical knowledge across the board – whether it’s handling leasehold and freehold matters, sales and purchases, commercial leases, refinancing, or landlord and tenant issues. You’ll mainly be dealing with investor and business clients, so experience working with commercial lenders will be a big advantage.
